As you can see, Jane Hutt visited Newport on 24th August to be photographed at the topping out ceremony on the building site (ha!) of the new University campus near the city centre. Isn't it amazing that the Butcher of Students' Lives has time to visit a building site, but didn't have time to greet protesters outside the Assembly on the day the Lib Dems voted against top-up fees?
I wonder whether she's doing the hard work of a building site (ha!) to atone for her sins, because she feels torn up with guilt.
